Who will break the secret code?
Number of Players: 2
Contents: 2 game boards - one for the code-creator and one for the code-cracker, 60 coloured magnets (6 colours, 10 of each). 60 hint magnets in black and white.
Goal: to guess the other player's secret code (colour and position of each of the magnets) in the fewest number of turns.
Setting up: For the first round, let the younger player be the code-creator. The second player is the code-cracker.
The younger player takes the tin board marked "secret code" as well as a handful of different coloured magnets and holds them so the second player cannot see the code table area. The code-creator set up a line of 4 different coloured magnet using any combination of 4 colours from the 6 colours available, and keeps it hidden from the code-cracker. The code-creator should place the hint magnets (black and white) in the designated area on the game board.
The code-cracker places the coloured magnets on the back of the "decoding table" board.
The game: The code-cracker now begins guessing the secret code by placing one row of coloured magnets in the bottom row of the "Decoding table". After each guess, the code-creator will provide feedback by placing black and white magnets next to each guess in the "Decoding table". The code-creator will place a white magnet indicating indirect hit (i.e., correct colour but incorrect position). A black magnet will be placed for a direct hit (i.e., correct position sand correct colour). Note that there are 4 slots for placing the hints - so for example, if the guess contains 2 indirect hits and 1 direct hit, then the code-creator should place 2 white magnets and 1 black magnet and leaving the fourth slot empty.
Looking back at all the guesses made during the game in the "Decoding table" will help with code-cracker to crack the code faster.
Winning: The winner is the player who guesses the code in the fewest number of guesses.
If the code-cracker didn'6t crack the code in 10 moves, the code-creator wins.

In his most poetic and inspiring work yet, he offers a means of moving beyond the binaries and embracing a path to peace and forgiveness, rooted in the Wiradjuri spiritual practice of Yindyamarra - deep silence and respect.
Murriyang, in part Grant's response to the Voice referendum, eschews politics for love. In this gorgeous, grace-filled book, he zooms out to reflect on the biggest questions, ranging across the history, literature, theology, music and art that has shaped him. Setting aside anger for kindness, he reaches past the secular to the sacred and transcendent.
Informed by spiritual thinkers from around the world, Murriyang is a Wiradjuri prayer in one long uninterrupted breath, challenging Western notions of linear time in favour of a time beyond time - the dreaming.
Murriyang is also very personal, each meditation interleaved with a memory of Grant's father, a Wiradjuri cultural leader. It asks how any of us can say goodbye to those we love.

The extraordinary story of how an amateur astronomer's unwavering passion for the cosmos propelled him from the mines of Broken Hill to working with NASA.
Born and raised in remote Broken Hill, Trevor Barry left school after Year 10 to work in the mines. Years later, a single glimpse of Saturn through a colleague's telescope knocked Trevor's world completely off its axis, turning his whole life upside down.
With his newfound passion and armed with decades of outback know-how, Trevor set about building an observatory in his backyard using bits and pieces from his shed, a second-hand washing machine motor, rainwater tank parts and an old catamaran wire. It took some canny negotiations with his wife, Cheryl, 'the Gorgeous and Adorable', whose prized garden took a battering - especially when he decided to add a second storey - but before long Trevor was not just gazing at the stars but capturing extraordinary images of the planets.
Over the years, Trevor's love affair with Saturn, 'the ringed jewel of the solar system', only grew more passionate, and in his early fifties he did a degree in astronomy, topping his class. When he recorded a massive storm on Saturn from his backyard observatory, he alerted NASA. The world's greatest space agency took note and invited Trevor to contribute to its interplanetary research - leading to opportunities far beyond Broken Hill and even Trevor's wildest dreams.
Today, when he's not trending the greens at his local bowls club, Trevor can usually be found in his background, collecting data for international research projects. His work is held in high regard by professional astronomers, and his observations are published in peer-reviewed scientific journals around the world.
